How long does it take to ship?

All orders are made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping (weekends not included).

US orders: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Australian and European orders: Standard shipping takes 4–10 business days (tracked). Priority shipping (also tracked) takes 2–5 business days. No additional fees or taxes apply.

All other destinations: Delivery times may be longer outside Australia, the United States, United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.

Where is my order made?

Every single Muni Studio piece is printed only after you order it, at a production facility in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, or the Netherlands, reducing shipping distances and our environmental footprint.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $69. Orders under $69 ship at a rate of 6 USD. All orders include tracking.

What is our retur policy?

We want you to love your case. We gladly offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Just email us at hello@munistudio.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the rest.

Please note that as each case is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We recommend double-checking your phone model in the variant dropdown before placing your order.
