At Muni Studio, we do our best to get your order to you safely and quickly, no matter where in the world you are.

Where do we ship from?

Our products are made to order and shipped from several production facilities around the world, including the USA, Australia, the UK, and the Netherlands. Your order is fulfilled from the location closest to your shipping address, ensuring faster delivery and a lower environmental impact.

We ship to nearly every country in the world.

Shipping times

Since all of our products are printed specifically for you when you order, total delivery time consists of two parts:

• Production time: typically 2–7 business days, depending on the product
• Shipping time: varies by destination, typically 3–14 business days

Note: US orders are normally produced and delivered within 5 business days.

Total delivery time is usually between 5 and 21 business days from the time of purchase, depending on the product and your location. You'll receive an order confirmation and tracking information as soon as your package ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Customs and import duties

For the vast majority of our customers, customs duties and import taxes are not applicable, thanks to our global production network. A small number of countries outside the USA, Australia, UK, and EU/EEA's usual trade agreements — for example Norway and Switzerland — may see customs fees or import taxes applied on arrival. Any such fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations if you're unsure.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey right to your door.
