How long does it take to print my new phone case?

We have teams in Australia, US, UK and Holland who will print and ship your order once received. Please allow for 2 - 5 business days for production as we practice mindful consumption which means we only produce what we sell (made on demand). We feel this is incredibly important to the environment as it reduces unnecessary waste. Your patience is appreciated. 

Kindly note express shipping doesn't mean express production.

How long does it take to ship?

Allow 2-5 business days for production, as we prioritise mindful consumption, producing only what is purchased. 

Shipping times are in addition to production times and do not include weekends. 

US orders: expect shipping time to be between 2-4 business days and free shipping for orders above 69 USD. With a printing facility in the US, this means that there will be NO additional fees, taxes etc.

Australian and European orders: Standard shipping takes 4-10 business days and is tracked. If you opted for priority service (which also includes tracking), expect delivery in 2-5 business days. There will be NO additional fees, taxes etc.

Please note internatenional shipments outside of Australia, the United States, United Kingdom and Holland can take longer.

What's the go with returns?

Not feeling it? We've got you. We will happily replace, exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery (excluding custom case + accessory orders). Just send us an email and we will let you know the process to send back to our Australian office. You can also check out our returns page for a lil' more info.

How protective is the case?

Our cases offer superior phone protection. They are designed to protect your phone against everyday knocks and drops. They are designed in 3 layers for optimal protection.

All our phone cases offer a raised lip to help protect your screen and camera without interfering with the display, open ports and camera. These phone cases wrap around all sides of the phone and are a light-weight hard shell exterior with a slight flex.
