How long does it take to ship?

Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days from our US production facility. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Allow 2-5 business days for production, as we prioritise mindful consumption, producing only what is purchased.

Shipping times are in addition to production times and do not include weekends.

Australian and European orders: Standard shipping takes 4-10 business days and is tracked. If you opted for priority service (which also includes tracking), expect delivery in 2-5 business days. There will be NO additional fees, taxes etc.

Please note international shipments outside of Australia, the United States, United Kingdom and Holland can take longer.

Where is my order made?

Every Muni Studio case is made to order at our production facility in the United States - printed specifically for you after you place your order. This means less waste, faster US delivery, and a product made fresh just for you.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $69. Orders under $69 ship at a rate of 6 USD. All orders include tracking.

What is your retur policy?

We want you to love your case. If something isn't right — whether it's a production defect or a damaged item — reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. Please contact us at hello@munistudio.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Please note that as each case is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We recommend double-checking your phone model in the variant dropdown before placing your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we're only able to make changes or cancellations within 24 hours. Please email hello@munistudio.com as quickly as possible if you need to make a change.
